Meet Carolyn Brown. She joined UPC to learn more about buying real estate. She’s originally from Harker Heights, TX. Carolyn loves to travel in her spare time. Her friends and family describe Carolyn as consistent, loyal, organized, funny, and direct. She's an Event Planner & the owner of E Center Killeen. What she loves most about what she does is starting a project and then seeing the end results of her hard work. In 2023, she was nominated as the top ten Extraordinary Women of CTX. Carolyn says her greatest achievement is being in business for over 30 years. Her BIG real estate investor dream is to own her own Event Center in downtown Killeen.

Meet Takeisha Jones. She joined UPC with husband Regiis Jones, to establish generational wealth, and to expand their investment portfolio.  She’s originally from Anchorage, AK. She loves to read, run, sleep, and pray. Her friends and family describe Takeisha as smart, analytical, loving, and funny. What Takeisha loves most about what she does is putting money to work for her instead of constantly working for money. Takeisha says that her greatest achievements have been working her way up the corporate ladder, from call taker to Planning Manager (GM) to self-taught Data Miner and Database Developer. Her BIG real estate investor dream is to own farmland all across Texas. 

Meet Michael & Alicia Graham. They joined UPC to create generational wealth and to learn about real estate investing. They live in Taylor, TX. Michael and Alicia love spending time with their grandchildren, spending time with their family, traveling, and bowling. Alicia's friends and family describe her as being blessed, loyal, passionate, and committed. Their greatest passion in life are their two sons, their grandchildren, and looking out for their spiritual future. Michael loves technology and networking and he is amazing at building strong rooted connections. Alicia is an International Customer Service Manager and Travel Agent. What she loves most about what she does is the traveling. Her primary career role is Performing as a Customer Service Manager. 

Meet Michael Graham II. He joined UPC to create generational wealth for his family. He’s originally from Spring Texas. He loves traveling, spending time with family and watching anime. His friends and family describe Michael as motivated, intuitive and energetic. He’s the Founder and owner of an entertainment company he started while in college 13 years ago, called The Signature Eventx Entertainment Inc. What Michael loves most about what he does is creating an experience and spreading happiness. He studied Business Marketing in college and he’s also a poet. Meet Audrey May Prosper. She joined UPC to invest in her city & build a legacy of wealth for her two sons. She’s originally from Killeen, TX. She loves singing karaoke & listening to LIVE music. Her friends & family describe Audrey as a passionate advocate and thriver. She’s the Founder of Amplify Hive and the National Domestic Violence Collaborative. What Audrey loves most about what she does is seeing others' visions come to full fruition. She went to University of South Florida to study Nonprofit and Business Management. A fun fact about Audrey is her story & work have been featured on Dr. Phil, Anderson Cooper, I Survived & more. Some of her awards include Survivor of the Year by Domestic Shelters, the Community Hero Award from the Tampa Bay Lightning – NHL, the Presidential Service Award from Joe Biden for her work in advocating against domestic violence. Her BIG real estate investor dream is to own residential & commercial real estate in Texas, Florida, and Colorado.

Meet D’Ardreatiss Jose. Dee Dee joined UPC to give back to the community, empower the youth, and help leave a legacy while building generational wealth for her family. She’s originally from Charlotte NC. She loves playing games & watching movies with her family. Dee Dee’s friends and family describe her as driven, determined, compassionate, and an executor. She's the founder of Women By Design and Xpreesha Outreach. What Dee Dee loves most about what she does is empowering children and women by helping them see their potential God given ability. She graduated from American Public University with a B.A. in Management & Minor in Entrepreneurship. Meet Marcus Griggs. He joined UPC because he felt it was a good way to participate in group economics with like-minded people. He’s originally from Corpus Christi, TX. He loves spending time with his family, gardening, and watching sports in his spare time. His friends and family describe Marcus Griggs as loving, respectful, patient, peaceful, and thoughtful. Marcus works for a non-profit that supports families who have experienced various forms of interpersonal violence. What Marcus loves most about what he does is  supporting his team to become the best version of themselves. He studied Kinesiology in college and his greatest passion is being involved with jobs that are oriented around service and helping others. He has been awarded the 2022 Father of the Year by the Man in Me, which was for his years of service and dedication. His BIG real estate investor dream is to have a homestead that can produce what his family needs for self-sufficiency while also generating revenue.

Meet Patricia Griggs. She joined UPC because she is interested in investing in real estate and values what UPC is doing in the community. She’s originally from Lubbock, Texas. She loves exercising, reading, and shopping in her spare time. Her friends and family describe Patricia as funny, cool, nice, organized, and curious. Her greatest passion in life is traveling and spending time with her family.

In College she studied Social Work and Digital Communication and works with a legal aid lawyer for a living. What Patricia loves most about what she does is helping make Legal Aid Lawyers' job a little easier by getting them what they need on the back end. Patricia Griggs says her greatest achievements include writing a book, creating a podcast, and providing 3-5 monthly events in an apartment community with 200 units for 5.5 years. Her BIG real estate investor dream is to own a large amount of land. 40 acres would be amazing so that her dream home, retreat/getaway, events space, gardens, and more can be built on it.

Meet Malcolm Gray. He joined UPC because he was interested in crowdfunding and how individuals invest in the community. He’s originally from Richmond, Virginia. He
loves to do research, play pool, make money, travel, and yard work in his spare time. His friends and family describe Malcolm as being smart, loyal, honest, talkative, and passionate. His greatest passion in life is helping others. What he does for a living is build houses. What Malcolm loves most about what he does is getting to help others. He studied Applied Science and Logistics. Malcolm says his greatest achievement is being a father. His BIG real estate investor dream is to own my own city.

Meet Luvina Sabree. She joined UPC to get the education UPC offers and to network. She’s originally from Killeen. She lovesI love to play games on my phone and read in her spare time. Her friends and family describe her as being honest, direct, big hearted, loving and determined. She is the Founder/Owner/Co-Owner of So Natural Catering and the organizer of the Armed Forces Natural Hair and Health Expo which consists of four yearly events. So Natural Veggie and Art Fest are held every January. Killeen Black Art and Film Fest every March. Family Fun Fest every July and the Armed Forces Natural Hair and Health Expo every November. What Luvina loves most about what she does is helping people and being a force of positivity. She acquired a Bachelor of Nursing in college. Luvina says that her greatest achievements are that she made it out of the inner city of Chicago by joining the Army, became a mother, and opened several successful businesses. Her greatest passions in life are living right by Allah, loving my family, and being a servant leader. Her BIG real estate investor dream is to develop an apartment
complex or a subdivision.

Meet Christopher Monroe. He joined UPC to build a better future for his kids and the
community. Christopher is originally from Austin, Texas. He loves cooking in his spare
time. His friends and family describe him as genuine and passionate. He’s the Founder of a catering business, where he brings his culinary expertise to delight his clients. What Christopher loves most about what he does is the freedom to express himself through his cooking. He studied culinary arts in college and has a knack for creating unforgettable dishes. Christopher has been awarded numerous accolades for his culinary creations. He says his greatest achievements are his happy customers and the joy his food brings. His BIG real estate investor dream is to purchase a plaza, creating a lasting investment legacy for himself and his family.
