Welcome to Urban Power Connections! UPC is a community investment group comprised of individuals & entrepreneurs with common interest geared towards investments & mentorship. We were created with the philosophy of the fourth principle of Kwanzaa, Ujamaa, or cooperative economics as our foundation. Our group economics movement is most demonstrated in our #BuyBackTheBlock initiative, a real estate investment initiative comprised of pooled funds to acquire land and property, in order to increase generational wealth in marginalized communities and families.
